2 Our contract with you
2.1 Placing an Order
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read your rights and check your order at each page of the order process.
It is the buyers responsibility to check order is correct. Sussex Carp Leads will take ownership of any errors made if we dispatched the wrong items, and correct the order as per the sales agreement.
3 Product Information

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website are approximate only.

Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown on images on our website.
4 Your Rights to Make Changes
4.1 Order Changes
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
Once goods have been dispatched, changes can only be made after goods have been returned at buyers cost, or at the additional cost for any extra items (including postage).
5 Providing the Products
5.1 Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.
We use Royal Mail for deliveries. Responsibility for the parcel passes once delivery has been accepted in person by you or your nominated recipient.
If you choose to have your parcel left in a “safe place,” this is done at your own risk. Any claims for lost or missing parcels must be made directly with Royal Mail.
5.2 Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
5.3 Definition of events outside our control
This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action by third parties.
5.4 Order processing times
All leads are made to order. We aim to complete orders within 7 working days.
If delays occur, this will be noted at checkout. If you require a specific timescale, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
5.5 Delivery service
We use **Royal Mail Tracked 48** for deliveries unless otherwise stated. Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery timescale. For more details, please refer to the Royal Mail website.
5.6 Collection orders
Orders for collection must be paid within 7 working days, unless agreed otherwise in advance. Unpaid items may be returned to stock.
